Could we get a option in the brush setting to have a brush with outline?

there's this guys called @rilemtwit in twitter that post speedpaints of his pixelart in twitter. And he uses the layer options to have his bruh to have a outline of color, is there any way we could have a brush option like that ? maybe use the 2 selected colors as inside and outside? being the primary and secondary respectively?
